Mark Paul Gosselaar

MarkPaul Harry Gosselaar is an American actor. He is best known for his television roles as Zack Morris in NBCs Saved by the Bell, Disneys Good Morning, Miss Bliss, and Saved by the Bell The College Years Detective John Clark in ABCs NYPD Blue Jerry Kellerman in TNTs Raising the Bar and Peter Bash in the TNTs Franklin amp Bash.

Gosselaar was born in Panorama City, California, the son of Paula , a homemaker and hostess for KLM, and Hans Gosselaar, a plant supervisor for AnheuserBusch. His Dutch father is of German and Dutch Jewish descent. Gosselaars paternal greatgrandparents, Hertog and Hester Gosselaar, were killed at the Sobibor extermination camp during the Holocaust. His mother, who is of Indonesian and Dutch descent, is from Bali, Indonesia. At one point, Gosselaar was fluent in Dutch . Gosselaars parents later separated.
